About The Comms Whisperer

Fairness, transparency and customer advocacy are the cornerstones of The Comms Whisperer's philosophy.  This genuinely customer-centric approach has achieved great outcomes for businesses of all sizes across the South West.

The history

The Comms Whisperer's first foray into the world of Business ICT was way back in 1997 with the now defunct Tiny Computers as the local Small Business Rep. Whilst a world away from today's cloud-driven business world, this early experience instilled the importance of getting solutions right first time.

The road to 2025 included stops at SW Comms, BT, Concorde and Wildanet, during which time The Comms Whisperer amassed a treasure trove of knowledge about business telephone systems, Internet connectivity, wide area networks and mobile solutions.

The knowledge

A self-confessed nerd, The Comms Whisperer has a deep understanding of the technology and terminology behind modern business communications, including full accreditation on the Gamma Horizon platform and Cisco Webex. With knowledge of other platforms such as 3CX and 8x8, plus RF networks, rural connectivity and hybrid working (to name just a few things) all businesses can benefit from the wealth of knowledge on offer.

Unaffiliated with any particular platform or supplier, The Comms Whisperer can offer truly brand agnostic advice with the focus being solely on getting the best result for the client.

"My mission is simple: I want to help SMEs avoid being ripped off.  I've lost count of how many businesses I have helped to get out of punitive contracts or reduce frankly extortionate early termination charges over the years.

I want SMEs to view me as their secret weapon when it comes to their business communications!"
