Internet Connectvity
Unlike most competitors, The Comms Whisperer can provide Internet solutions in places others simply can't reach. In addition to the usual products available over the Openreach network, we can provide services via CityFibre, PXC, Wildanet and Airband. We also have strategic partnerships in place with partners who can provide StarLink and bespoke 4G/5G networks.
Standard Broadband
Like most providers, The Comms Whisperer offers full-fibre (FTTP) and the slower, copper-based alternative, now known as SoGEA (basically the same speeds as FTTC, the previous iteration). What makes us different is our relationship with key AltNet companies that have built their own fibre networks in areas not covered by Openreach.
In terms of the hardware supplied, we can offer the following:
- No router (aka a 'wires only' connection) - ideal for IT savvy companies that want to supply and manage their own kit.
- Standard router - preconfigured to work with the service supplied, this is the most popular option for the majority of businesses.
- Draytek router - when a little more 'oomph' is needed, Draytek kit usually delivers both in terms of performance and failover.
Rural Broadband
With the high infrastructure cost of building a full-fibre network to remote businesses and industrial estates being so high, the chances are that many locations will never have super-fast Broadband to their door. Fortunately, The Comms Whisperer can help rural businesses achieve faster connections using alternative technologies:
- RF (radio) connections with up to 400Mbps download speed.
- 4G / 5G / LTE connections with up to 1Gbps speed (dependent on connection).
- Starlink with up to 400Mbps download speed.

Leased Lines
With a reputation for being more expensive than most other types of intnernet access products, Leased Lines (also known as Private Circuits) are still the fastest, most reliable type of connectivity a business can have because of four key features:
