- Unlimited remote support: All our monthly subscriptions and rentals have unlimited remote support built in, meaning no time-related charges or bill shock!
- Break-Fix Guarantee: Simply put, if we have to come back out to site after installation and the problem is our fault, you don't pay a bean. If the problem is your fault, callout and time-related charges will apply.
- System expansion or relocation: We will project-manage your upgrade or business move to ensure business continuity.
- Our SLA: Most telephone related problems can be fixed live, at the time of the initial call. If we are unable to take your call, or respond to your message, there will be no longer than a 4 working hour response time. If a fault exists due to a third-party network issue, we will endeavour to implement an immediate workaround if possible.
- Third-party support: The Comms Whisperer can act on behalf of other Gamma Telecom partners to provide backup to their service team. Please enquire for more details.
