Finding a spcialist to provide first and second -line support for the Gamma portfolio of products can involve a lengthy recruitment process, followed by weeks of training and familiarisation. With over ten years' experience as a Gamma partner, The Comms Whisperer can step in to provide cover for:
- Long-term absence
- Maternity / paternity leave
- Key staff leaving
- Site surveys and installations
- Customer training
- Staff training
Partnering with The Comms Whisperer to provide additional cover not only ensures your valued customers continue to receive the high level of service you pride yourselves on, there are other business benefits, too:

In terms of cost, utilising our Third-Party Support offering is very cost-effective (all prices quoted exclude VAT):
- Single day rate (8 hours) = £400.00
- Hours can be spread across a whole month
- Mnimum recommended hours per month = 2 @ £50.00 per hour
- Blocks of time can be booked in advance
- Hours exceeding those agreed are billed at £50.00 per hour in arrears
- Contracts up to 36 months available
Evidence of time spent on the phone, driving or at customer premises will be provided.
